An Act To repeal and replace the nursing Council Act of 1992 and to make further and better provisions for the establishment, composition and functioning of a Nursing Council, to establish a disciplinary Tribunal and to better regulate and control the nursing and midwifery professions ENACTED by the parliament of mauritius. The Nursing Council Act of Mauritius (Act. No. 47 of 2003) comprises of the following parts: I - Preliminary II - The Council III - Registration IV - Miscellaneous V - Savings & Transitional VI - Legal Supplement (Regulations made by the Nursing Council under section 40 of the Nursing Council Act 2003)
